Onsite Campaigns: What is it and what does it require?

Onsite Campaigns is an add-on in Heyloyalty.

In addition to making sure that you have access to Onsite Campaigns, you need to have the integration set up. Find the setup guide below.

To be successful with marketing automation, it is essential that you have recipients on your list(s). Pop-ups are an obvious way to get more people to sign up for your communication.

Sell more products

Set up your onsite campaign by clicking Onsite Campaigns → Create new Onsite Campaign.

There are several different types of onsite campaigns. This guide focuses solely on Increase your product sales, so choose this goal. The obvious type to choose next is pop-up.

Fill in the initial settings.

Choose from the various triggers and constraints that control who, when, and why a guest should see this onsite campaign.

Design your onsite campaign

Choose a template.

Choose the placement of the pop-up.

Design your onsite campaign according to your business needs.

If you have a product feed in your account, you can use the product feed to pull products into your onsite campaign – just as you do in your email campaigns and automations.

When you are happy with the design, click Continue. Here you can see a preview of your onsite campaign on your site and a summary of your settings for the onsite campaign.

If everything is as it should be, click Activate. Your onsite campaign will then go live and be displayed based on the triggers and constraints you selected earlier in the setup.

Alternatively, click Cancel and activate your onsite campaign manually later.

You can activate your onsite campaign by clicking Inactive in the Status column of your Onsite Campaign overview.

Type Activate in the box and click Activate.
